I am writing in response to a complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] about a warranty concern at his home. The concern relates to the concrete driveway surface, which has developed some minor surface... cracks since the original installation. Our warranty clearly states that there is no warranty coverage for this type of concrete surface cracking. Nevertheless, we have agreed to return to Mr. [redacted] home and seal the small surface crack with a concrete sealant material. This will be addressed within the next two weeks, as time and weather allow. Sincerely,
