Life's A Stitch

I placed an order on December 6th for some items. I reached out on December 11, 2019 to follow up and see if I could get an estimated ship date- and I was told that they would ship out on December 12 or 13. I never received shipment notification or the items, so I reached back out on December 18, 2019 to check the status and see if I would received my order prior to Christmas. I never heard back from the business, nor did I receive my order. I followed up again on January 7, 2020 and still have yet to hear back form the business or received my order

Order placed on February 23, 2019 at a trade show for several hats. Delivery quoted in two to three weeks. Almost 5 months later, no product has been received. They have not returned emails, phone calls, *** messages, or responded to posts.
