Lifemasters Security Alarms

Review: Issue involves installation, service, monitoring and maintenance of home security alarm system originally purchased and installed by Lifemaster Security Alarms ([redacted]) during May, 2002, and modified October 22, 2015 (by same). Modifications were evidently not installed as per agreement and, consequently, we are experiencing significant service and equipment-related issues. Mr. [redacted] was advised of current issues at 3:35 PM on June 27, 2016 (when issues became apparent) and promised to research a remedy and promptly arrange corrective action--- since then, Mr. [redacted] doesn't answer phone calls to any of his contact numbers or respond to email and/or text messaging; voice mail is beyond capacity, so phone messages aren't an option.

Mr. [redacted] is no longer at his last known physical address ([redacted], Elk Grove, CA 95624) and has yet to provide a forwarding address to active customers.

Annual alarm monitoring fees were last paid to Lifemaster Security Alarms February 4, 2016.Desired Settlement: Immediate corrective action for known alarm issues and referral to alternate service provider for continued/future services.
