Bad customer services! The lady on the phone has no idea of Enbridge regular business. Can't even answer a simple question such as when the gas meter change is scheduled. And bad attitude by saying: the meter has nothing to do with you! Excuse me, that meter is just by My house and seves for my house 's gas usage exclusively

Hi, I was on vacation when Enbridge technitian visited my home to perform a regular maintenance. He did his maintenance work and wanted to get into the house. Since, my family was not at home, he decided to shut down our gas supply. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I returned from vacation and found out his notice on my door asking to call Enbridge to restore the gas supply to my house. Clearly, people returning from vacation can live without hot water. But, to add the icing on the cake, my water heater was idling power vent motor all the time and broke down a day later after gas supply was restored following my numerous calls to Enbridge. The only person, whom I want to thank is Enbridge dispatcher who did her best to get the service man to our house as soon as possible. So, my advice to all the people is to be aware of Enbridge technicians roaming Toronto and shutting down gas lines to resident houses without any reason at all.
