They stole my money and failed to provide any service or part and failed to advise me that using them would invalidate my warranty with Apple + Veriz
Lifeline repairs are a bunch of crooks!!!! I had my new iPad 6th generation screen (iPad 1) fixed here and they broke the home button. When I bought it to their attention they said fixing the home button would render the fingerprint reader inoperable. At the same time I brought iPad 1 here I also bought iPad 2 here which was another 6th generation new iPad that my autistic son cracked and they didn't have that screen in stock so they ordered it and I paid $116 (representing half the repair price of $232). When I sent the iPad 1 into Verizon and Asurion to get it replaced or repaired I was told my warranty was no longer valid as they could tell I had a 3rd party non-Apple certified company working on my device. I just lost out on that IPad because I trusted a company that was not certified to work on my Ipad1 device. With respect to my 2nd iPad I told the company today that if I allowed them to work on my 2nd iPad or any of my devices insured thru apple and Asurion with Verizon that my warranty with those companies would become void and therefore I would need a refund for the $116 I paid. I told the company rep that they should make it clear that allowing them to work on a device insured or warrantied by Verizon/Asurion or Apple would void a customers warranty. They refused to refund me my money even though I never received any service on the 2nd iPad or part so this company STOLE $116 from me and lied about the quality of their repairs and their legal right to do repairsNOT certified by Apple. Then when I suggested calling the police to fill out a report to send to my credit card company they had the nerve to call the police also and accuse me of trespassing! After I had been coming here for 2years and allowed them to work on 5 of my devices! Rude and racist and unscrupulous business that is fine with keeping and stealing money in attempts to try and force you to allow them to work on your devices! This all started because the work done by Kostas on my first iPad was shotty! I will file with Revdex.com and AG Bureau of Consumer Protection also as well as small claims court! They also have NO signs posted anywhere or in their receipts telling you they will keep your money if you change your mind about letting them do work on any of your iPads!!! Crooks!!! The owner Daniel *** at ***@lifelinerepair.com also never got back to me! Shady business!
Refund as an iPad screen is no specialty item, especially when ordered from an iPad repair store. Since I did not get any part and did not get any service and did not get any warning or truth from the business that they are not certified Apple repair people and therefor any work they do will invalidate any/all warranties in place with Apple and Verizon I have no idea why they think they are justified in keeping my money.

I am the new owner of Lifeline Pensacola , I spoke with Ms *** on Monday night after talking with our assistant manager to get the details .
Myself and Ms *** had a nice long conversation on her matter and we agreed to aresolve the matter by giving her back her full refund of $116.00 which is the down payment she made on the part that was needed for her device .
She had also mentioned after we agreed on the refund that she had post us up on Yelp and went to you guys as well, which I told her I did not know that and she agreed that she will revoke both complaints once the refund is done which I also agreed to .
I also did mentioned to her to keep good customers like her I will offer her a 10% discount when next she needs any repairs from us and she is well come at anytime .
To date Ms *** has not yet come to get her refund back , I tried calling and also left her a text message as I would like to have this settle ASAP , as the longer the Yelp comments or negative comments remains it will affect the business, we only want good reviews.
As new owners of this store we are doing our best to build and keep good customer service , unfortunately in this case by the time we got the info from our employee Ms *** had already post the comments.
