Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Hello I am the Operations Manager for a local business. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brent and Anthony today from LIfeline Plumbing. They were prompt, on time and a pleasure to do business with. On-site they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained/proposed the solution and swiftly completed the repair in total. All of this with no disruption to the operational business flow. I will defiantly be using them again and would recommend on a very high level.

We needed some plumbing work done. The technician, Sam *** was excellent. Very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and safely. He also was very observant and pointed out a couple of issues that we were able to take care of before they caused a failure. We were most impressed with the service, the quick response to our call, and the care exhibited by all the employees we dealt with. Will definitely recommend this company to others. Sam was a great ambassador for Lifeline.

Yesterday, I had two Lifeline Plumbing appointments. Brent and Anthony came and installed a garbage disposal. Then Chris arrived to check my heating and air conditioner. I cannot say enough about their professional, the quality of their work as well as easy going people who made great conversation. Without saying a word, they helped me decide to continue my Life Club membership which provide the knowledge I can get assistance at any time.

I really appreciate Lifeline which is made up of GREAT employees with good training and great personalities.

Awesome service, Brent B came right over, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Done in 30 mins - the guys were neat and courteous, you would never know they were even there. This is second issue I have used them for and I will call them again if I have another issue!

We knew we were on the last legs of our old AC unit and took the time to research who had the best ratings and found Lifeline. A service tech came out and confirmed that we needed a new unit - he gave us appropriate options based on our needs and we decided to go ahead with ordering a new unit. The install was scheduled for a few days later and Chris showed up on time and ready to go. He hauled away the old unit, installed the new one and was very considerate with cleaning up and explaining what we can expect from the new system. I would recommend Lifeline to my friends and family without hesitation.

Brent and Anthony were great! Professionals that clearly made sure the job was done right. They were professional and curteous and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. I've used lifeline several times for various size projects and have never had a negative experience. Thank you to both Brent and Anthony!!

Chris and Anthony installed a new *** furnace, A/C, humidifier, and electronic air filter all in one (90-degree) day. Very nice, professional team, cleaned up after themselves, we barely even knew they were here.

Chris, Bob, and John came out to install my *** Mini split system. Found them very professional in their work. Did an excellent job in the installation, they went over every step of the install and the operations of the units. I would highly recommend them to my friends and associates. I would give them a triple A+ rating.

Once again, Lifeline Plumbing... Brent, Anthony, Travis, and the other guy... sorry I can't recall his name... did a great job. Quick, efficient, very knowledgeable. Good clean up afterwards. Sump pump install, water heater install, and most recently a plumbing problem with the tree roots.... thanks so much for being there! 5 stars

On May 16, 2017, Brent and Anthony came to provide an estimate on our sump pump. They called ahead, and came on time, both of which are appreciated. When they arrived, they were professional and friendly, and wore protective shoe coverings when inside the house. Brent explained in detail, how the installation would go, as well as pricing, and answered all questions that I put to him. He didn't rush me or pressure me into a decision one way or the other.

After they finished the installation, they cleaned the area, and left it much cleaner than it was before they arrived. This demonstrates a level of professionalism, and pride in the work being done that is to be commended.

I found the work they did to be outstanding, and they were a pleasure to do business with. They were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I signed up for their loyalty program, and plan on using them again. I will also recommend them to all of my friends, relatives, neighbors and co-workers.
