Hello, Apparently we did not get the initial notice from the Revdex.com on this complaint I apologize, but I only received the final notice (late last week)In regards to Mr [redacted] 's complaint, our site has a very clear "store credit" policy in terms of refunds Additionally we do not require any minimum purchase, and the site is a buy as you go (no contract) type of model That said, since we are so open and flexible, we offer returns vsrefunds (hence the store credit I show leads total purchased since the inception of the account, with no activity since early June If we could ascertain if the issues that he was running into involving lead flow are still happening? We'd be happy to work with Mr [redacted] if there is particular area that he'd be interested in, but we may need to increase the geography if the area is very smallThank you, [redacted] LifeLeadsDirect.com

Ms. [redacted],
I am in receipt of a letter that arrived in today’s mail from the San Diego Revdex.com for complaint ID [redacted]. In the letter it states that you had sent us a prior correspondence, but the one that I received today is the first that I have ever received from the Revdex.com (since 2003).
LifeLeadsDirect has been in operation since 2003, and we are first and foremost a discount lead site. We have serviced over 45,000 clients since inception, but we do acknowledge that for some a discount lead site will not work for their needs. In regards to our customer’s complaint, I looked into the account of Mr. [redacted], and have found that he purchased 24 leads from our site in a little over a month period.
In response to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, while we do use a number of scrubbing techniques to clean out false or inaccurate leads, we are a discount lead site, and therefore we limit our techniques to database scrubs. We employ eBureau.com (one of the largest lead validation companies on the Internet) to validate contact information on every lead, and will remove a lead from our customers cart should it not pass the eBureau.com check.
That said, Mr. [redacted] did replace a large number of leads (for a variety of reasons). We did issue credit on those requests, but I do understand Mr. [redacted]’s frustration, and I’d be happy to issue additional credits to Mr. [redacted]’s account for the issues that he has experienced.
Should he choose to do so, please let me know and I’ll be happy to credit the account.

Hello,
Apparently we did not get the initial notice from the Revdex.com on this complaint. I apologize, but I only received the final notice (late last week).
In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, our site has a very clear "store credit" policy in terms of refunds....
Additionally we do not require any minimum purchase, and the site is a buy as you go (no contract) type of model. That said, since we are so open and flexible, we offer returns vs. refunds (hence the store credit.
I show 9 leads total purchased since the inception of the account, with no activity since early June. If we could ascertain if the issues that he was running into involving lead flow are still happening? We'd be happy to work with Mr. [redacted] if there is particular area that he'd be interested in, but we may need to increase the geography if the area is very small.
Thank you,

Review: I signed up with them in the hope that they could provide leads to me and they took 200 dollars to fund the account that I could buy leads with. They haven't been able to provide enough leads in my area to use the 200 dollars and the few leads I have picked are not good and I have had to return them, which they have been good at crediting my account for.
I was never told that if they couldn't provide enough leads that I could never get my money back and that I would have to check every day for leads that never seem to materialize.Desired Settlement: I just want what I haven't used back so that I can find a better lead source for my area.

Hello,
Review: Inadequate and false leads. I have had not ONE successful lead that led to even a meeting or dealing of submitting business. Here are examples: 80 percent of the people who are considered leads have no idea or clue what they are asking for coverage, out of their financial comfort zone reducing their expected coverage to final expense. Other 20 percent are non qualified applicants or no pick up. Furthermore, Life Leads Direct say they scrub leads to offer quality sounding products but they dont...instead they have a refund filtering system that drains your capital and not gaining it. This company is terrible, I tried so many times to make it work but it doesnt. Wasted time and resources that I dont have and neither do you for a product that doesnt work.Desired Settlement: Shut them down!
