[redacted] Please note and store this info. I asked for the pro-rated return they are now giving me. That was flatly rejected and I was told there would be no rebate or pro-rating of the monthly fee.They also went over the costs with me on-line before I went in to the store. No mention of any admin. fee of $25.00 is ever made. Once you are standing there and filling in the paperwork they mention it as if it is a trifle.This place is very shady in it's handling of these items.
Been long-term customer. Stopped by unit recently and found tons of mice droppings in my unit on my stuff. I have no food in storage. Emailed customer service. Cliff M[redacted] was supposed to get in touch with me to resolve problem. Never heard from him.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to upload and email photos of the prepaid storage unit that was damaged and the actual size of the replacement unit.
Re the matter of having someone else's info on my contract and Uncle Sam's Storage even refusing to change that information and refusing to provide me with a correct contract, I appreciate the
fact that although Uncle Bob's has three times avoided the issue (formal complaint to Uncle Bob's and both responses to the Revdex.com), that the Revdex.com is not ignoring that sensitive issue of identity information
being mishandled and my not having a contract with MY info on it. Hopefully no one will be in possession of my information on their contract.

While we investigate this complaint, we are, as a courtesy, pulling Mr. [redacted]' space from the scheduled auction on 9/24/14.

Ms. [redacted] rented self storage space [redacted] at Uncle Bob's Self Storage located at 7604 Georgia Highway 85, Riverdale, GA on 6/25/2005. Her account became delinquent for unpaid rent and other charges in the total amount of $782.00. On 9/29/14, we offered and Ms. [redacted] accepted an...
Accord wherein Ms. [redacted] would pay $500.00 in full settlement of her account and would vacate space. On 10/1/14, Ms. [redacted] vacated the space. Ms. [redacted] did have tenant insurance through Bader Company; however, her insurance was cancelled due to non payment of premium. On 10/6, Ms. [redacted] reported damage to some of her items. She subsequently submitted a claim to Bader, but was denied based on non-payment of premium.
