Review: Here's my problem..

• I was offered a 100% money back guarantee before paying

• The quality of the program is poor and coaching is not as described – he’s not as accessible as described

1. The videos are difficult to understand with his voice.

2. He takes a while to get ahold of for a coaching session

• They banned me from all features of the program as a result of the initial [redacted] dispute. I lost the [redacted] dispute because [redacted] no longer offers their “buyer’s protection” for intangible items such as online services. They simply throw the case out.

Before purchasing the product, I have spoken to someone via skype who is a coach for the program. He described the program as a service in which I will get unlimited coaching access to him - for life, with a 100% money back guarantee if I get little or no results from the service. Since this is a large transaction, I asked him to send me a [redacted] invoice including all of his terms and conditions. And subsequently I agreed to those terms by paying him the money through that sent invoice. The terms are included in the invoice as a “written guarantee”. As part of the guarantee, there is a 90-day refund policy. I purchased the product on 6/**/15. I requested a refund on 8/**/15. On 8/**/15, I requested a refund again. He told me no and then said I agreed to terms and conditions which disqualify me. And I had no knowledge of these terms and conditions prior to the sale. He sent me a sign-up page after paying him the money on [redacted]. Then he threatened that if I disputed it, I will lose access to the coaching. I disputed it and he as a result removed my access to the coaching. He's not allowed to remove my access to the program unless he returns my money.Desired Settlement: A full refund.
