someone ripped the top portion offI will fax you a copy of the label*** called in on 12/07/to be set up*** *as talked through the set up and was also explained how to use it*** has never stated he wanted to return *** has called in a couple of times and is very rude to everyone that answers the phone

They are very nice until you ask to return and then they just ramble and won't let you say anything. if you try they say you are interrupting and being rude. I am calling on behalf of my father who is 88 years old but he's not stupid and states he did not order this. My concern was they bought his information from a scammer who has his information and recording of his info and then they state he ordered it. We have4 never been allowed to hear the recording. I would love to have you call my father and then listen to their recording and verify it is him. It may be his voice from giving the scammer the info and all those cards are now closed down. All we want is to return this machine and get a refund. THIS IS NOT A VERY REPUTABLE OR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY.
