they claim to be service oriented and they even sent me a "preferred customer" hotline number recently, yet no one reached out to me after two letters, a call to the hotline, and a "chat" with a representative on their website Thank you for being there and responding promptly I credit you for finally getting resolution Appreciatively, *** ***
