In response the complaint towards us, Life Martial Arts is responding: This person signed a binding legal contract, written by lawyers for the State of Texas for service offered at our facility. It is legal and binding. We made no such threats of any kind. We simply stated the
fact that she signed a binding legal document, gave her a second copy of her contract and showed her where she signed it in several spaces. She informed us that she was paying for it and wanted to stop payment. She stated her daughter needed to pay. We advised that she was welcome to come in and update payment information but that she was still responsible for the contact as she was the one who signed it, and even signed the billing information for authorizationWe also advised of the cancellation policies contained in the contract and if she met any of those no problem. However, she did not. She simply did not want to continue. At that point she stated her daughter filled in her electronic payment information and she should not be held liable. However, she signed it. Again, we offered her the option to update billing information. At that point she then became belligerent to staff and making accusations of our staff. She simply does not want be held responsible for her commitment. Then, Today, TuesdayJanuary, 23, 2018, she even inquired if she could attend our second location, which we agreed. But yet she is filing complaints. Cannot make everyone happy. In regards to Facebook, the comment thread is on our page for all to view and see. No such threats were made. Only facts. A copy of the written contract can be made available upon request. *** *** *** *** * *** *** **. ** ** ***
