Cakes by [redacted] DBA Cake works, so [redacted], one of the owners of the Kiosk was supposed to respond, but I know they tried to get in touch with [redacted] several times, also giving her a manager's number, but were unable to contact her. Either way, we would be happy to refund [redacted] her money, as she did not receive her cupcakes due to an error in communication, bad timing, etc. She can contact [redacted] at Cake Works ([redacted])or [redacted] @ Life is Sweet ([redacted]) for her refund. And if [redacted] has written in about this complaint already, you can ignore this very quick response, or let me know if I need to do anything else.
