Review: I am on a CPAP machine. Every order an automated system calls me and asks what supplies I want/if any, if I want a call before order is shipped, and several other questions. I always select call before shipping to make sure my order was billed to my insurance company. It doesn't matter what you select on the automated system, they will send it anyway and will never call before shipping. Then the company bills me. If I select call before shipping and they don't they should not be billed, and I shouldn't be responsible for order. I called several times to complain and they wont take items back because its been over a certain time period. I drive truck for a living and am not home to often, so I do not know when I get packages till I'm back in the area.Desired Settlement: I have a bill for $264.08 as my insurance did not cover anything. They keep sending me bills and I keep calling but they wont resolve issue. I want them to either take items back or not bill me.
