I received the above complaint today with regard to *** *** collection process with Wadsworth EMSWe are a third party billing agency for the City of Wadsworth EMS and do not send accounts to the Attorney General without their permissionIn this case the City delayed seeking payment from
*** for over a yearAllowing *** plenty of time to settle her case and not seeking monthly payment directly from herWhen the City instructed us to send her account to the Attorney General it was only after *** received two notices from the Attorney Generals office did the City receive a payment from *** attorney who was handling her caseThe attorney check was dated November 22, however it was not mailed until April 24, after her account had already been placed with the Attorney Generals officeWe have proof of the received dates from the Auditors office at the City of Wadsworth and can provide that if necessaryThere were fees far the Attorney Generals collections efforts that will not be returned to *** Life Force did not receive any commission in this case and incurred monthly postage and numerous follow ups with *** attorney working to help her get her account paid***'s complaint is not the fault of Life Force Management nor the City of Wadsworth but with her Attorney who failed to mail the payment in a timely mannerIf I can be of any other assistance in this case let me know, Chris K***, CEO Life Force Management Inc
