I ordered a product from this company on 01/16/2015. It's been over a week and I still haven't received the item. I have attempted to contact this company via e-mail, [redacted], and by telephone with no replies on their part. I've called several times and the line does not even ring. The ONE and only time I was able to get through, I was told that I had the WRONG number. They took my money, and I have NO product to show for it, and it was something that was recommended to me to help benefit my son's medical issues. Now, here I am, out of a good chunk of money, no product, and very displeased with their poor sense of customer service. They have time to sit and update their website, update their [redacted], but yet do not take the time to get back to their customers. There is no way of canceling my order on their website either. I paid using my Child Support card, so there's no way of being able to dispute the charge to get my money back either.Product_Or_Service: 01/16/2015Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI wish to either have the product sent to me, or for them to give me back my money. We receive 100s of calls every day. When she finally reached somebody, they told her it was the wrong number. That is the clue - she cannot have been dialing the right number. The order was shipped, and arrived at customer's address today. There was a delay in shipping caused by the manufacturer. We called and left a messages with all customers with outstanding orders.
