Life 1st

Review: I signed up to take a CPR renewal course online. Per the website ([redacted]) I would sign up, pay $75 through the paypal account and within 24 hours would be contacted with a code for the online class. After completing the online class I would then complete my skills check off at the site. I signed up and paid my dues on May 13. I have attempted several times to contact Life 1st via email and phone with no response. Also, I have not received the code for the online class. Today, I attempted to visit the business location at the address provided on the website ([redacted]). Upon arrival there was no one present, no business hours posted and looking through the window the location appeared vacant. The door had the name of the business on it (Life 1st) along with a Revdex.com logo sticker. I have contacted pay pal and filed a dispute and opened a claim in attempts to retrieve my $75 in return.Desired Settlement: I would like my $75 refunded. I would also like contact from Addio J. F[redacted], EMT-P that claims to be associated with the business Life 1st for an explanation on his poor business communication.
