There have been plenty of complaints with this business that needs immediate attention. Another tenant was moving out because of a leak in there apartment from the second floor same time as I was. I was able to break my lease and currently waiting to see if I will be receiving my security deposit back. I paid rent for the month of March and had to stay in a hotel room with my children due to this mold issue. As I was moving out I can still smell the mildew smell in my apartment and the new carpet they replaced was wet again therefore the leak next door is not fixed which the landlord is aware of because I did tell them again before completely moving out. I was not reimbursed for my hotel stays or food I had to buy for me and my children due to living in the hotel room. This has been so stressful for me being a single mom and having to up and move with my children being in school and going to work.
