All of December, the service was active. If service was missed on Tuesday, the 26th, we would have rescheduled the pick-up or issued a credit if notified of the miss within 48 hours per our stated policies. I have no record of this miss being reported. Technically, the service was placed on hold on January 2nd by our system. The 3 pick-ups missed due to late payment have already been credited back to the account. I am attaching documentation of the notes on the account regarding billing, stop service, payment, and the disconnect credit.On the attachment, you can see the following notations:First bill posted and mailed on 11-01-17, with a due date of 12-01-17.2nd Noticed was posted and mailed out on 12-15-17 with a late fee.Additional Late Fee posted on 01-01-2018.System placed services on hold as of 01-02-2018 (30 days following the original due date).Payment received on 01-15-2018.Stop service was ended on the date of payment.3 weeks of pick-up were missed due to services being placed on hold for non-payment. On 01/22/2018, a disconnection credit was posted for the first 3 weeks of January (01-01-18 through 01-20-18).As far as the employee interaction, our office manager is the highest staffed person who is in the office during business hours which is why you would have been told that there is not an owner in the office for you to speak to. We trust her to manage our customer calls and our office staff. She is highly qualified for her position and we support our staff so that they feel comfortable doing their job and enforcing our policies. As originally stated, we will investigate how calls are being handled in our offices, but all documentation thus far on the account was handled and posted according to the clear and transparent policies that we have in place. We have many customers who love our office staff and the handful of negative reviews on the internet are not representative of our customer base as a whole.
