After reading the following, I am wondering when my husband and I can cash out on our investment with you. I am seeing that you are doing well. When we made this investment it was described to us as a short term investment, well, that short term has come and went, and we have been in dire straights several times over in need of our money, I do not know how you guys can live with yourselves, taking people’s money and keeping it for yourselves. We want our investment money back, when can we expect it? Or is it considered yours now…this is all the savings I earned before I went on disability, you have all my money, you said it was a short term investment to help people, you lied...

they invested $1 million in a pilot project in 2009, buying the unpaid property taxes on hundreds of homes and business buildings in counties around the country.
After the pilot proved profitable, LienLogic invested $8 million in 2010. In 2011, the company invested $46 million. This year, it has an $80 million line of credit and is prepared to grow that to $100 million.

And that growth is continuing. The company has 23 full time employees at its Gleneagle office and expects to top out at about 35 employees within the next few years. They primarily research market and legal conditions for investing in property tax liens.
