Review: I have been constantly lied to about the status of the sale of my license. This brokerage firm has never been up-front about the information they have. They do not return phone calls ever. I have called the buyer's agent at this firm over 30 times in the last 3 months, and always am told that she will call me back that day. I have yet to get a return call. they do not respond to any requests of action, and they don't understand that when it says in a contract that "time is of the essence" that it applies to all parties involved.Desired Settlement: I need to be able to talk with the agent, to either re-negotiate the purchase price to an amount that reflects the time I have had to wait and will still have to wait for the approval of the transfer, or to cancel the contract and be compensated for the way this company has misrepresented themselves and the terms of the contract.
