After reviewing the complaint Libertyville Chevrolet has mailed a check for $137 to the customer.  We also apologize.

If I could give them negative stars I would. First of all, they told me they would give me the extended warranty for free since they wouldn't budge on the price of my new truck...however a week after buying the vehicle I sat down and read thru all my paperwork...and in fact THEY CHARGED ME $2,300 for the warranty they said they would give me for free. This is my first time buying such a high value car and wasn't aware of the fine print etc. Second they ran my credit with over a dozen banks ILLEGALLY might I add, I did NOT give them consent to run my credit that many times. If they would've been HONEST with me and told me what they were doing, I would've called a family member to co-sign. So now my credit just went into the hole because they again illegally ran my credit without my permission. Im making sure to leave this review everywhere online and social media. I am beyond disgusted with the all around service... NOT TO MENTION THEY DIDN'T EVEN DETAIL MY TRUCK! You would think paying $3300 for a car they could at least clean it...
