It is very difficult to get any information from this place, and I literally work right next to the place in the same building. They do not even have a phone number that does not always go directly to an automated message. The extremely unhelpful message does not even mention anything other than the office hours. There is no suggestion to leave a message for someone to call you back. I was not called back even though I left a message with my phone number clearly stated and explicit instructions to please call me back. There seems to be overall very poor communication. I cannot imagine how the poor students deal with this as they tend to not be as assertive in these sorts of things.
