Review: liberty transportion driver did damages to my hardwood floor and now refuses to pay for it. he pulled my refg. out to un hook water line and damaged my hardwood floor! I went out side to the truck and seen damages to the new refg.and refused to take it! I called to report damages done to my house,next day driver came back and told me he was coming in my house,I was afraid and called Delaware state police! after submitting estiamates to liberty transportion, almost 3 months later mike kraft sent me a letter an told me the refg was already pulled out and I did the damages.Desired Settlement: fix the damages liberty transportion did to my home! this company has no intregrity or honesty. first they told me they were going to fix it! im still afraid this driver might come back and harm me.mike kraft told me he had fired him!
