I hired Liberty to make a termite inspection before the sale of my houseThey felt the need to include that my crawlspace had specks of mold and included it in their reportThey then "offered" to treat the mold for $They took no photos and could not recall exactly where the mold was under the house! They are not a mold company, I did not hire them for any opinion regarding moldConsequently, my buyer's bank refused to lend the money for the purchase of my house until the mold was abatedI got a second opinion from another business whose exact words to me were "I'm so sorry, but you have been 'had' by a business that is basically trying to force you to hire them for $500." He also told me that almost every house had the very small amount of mold specks that mine has and that it absolutely did not need treating other than to appease the bankBasically, Liberty caused me to spend $for no real reason and jeopardized the sale of my house due to including their unqualified opinion on something I did not hire them forI did NOT hire them to abate the mold specks, I hired the other honest company
