I would like to speak to someone directly. We paid for our taxes 2 years ago. They held our taxes for over a year. We cannot reach anyone.
March 2018 our business taxes were braught to liberty tax service in price Albert. The owner indicated she would have it alone for us by September. September cake she indicated they were done. October came she indicated she was not quite done. Excuses went on for several more months. June 2019 still not done. I went there several times and she had excuses. Finally head office came down to assist they helped but we are still have it issues to this date.
We would like our 2017 business taxes completed. We would like a business summary for all years. We would like 2017 revisited as we owe 13000 to CRA and no business information was filed.
Letter dated May 16, 2018 stating my parents taxes were efiled, but we did not receive this. My brother drove to PA to find this was not true.
Sent taxes to Liberty Tax to be filed. Because my father passed away in January we did not get info sent until end of April. There is a letter dated May 16, 2018 stating that they efiled the personal tax forms - T1 forms with CRA. We did not hear anything from this office. After numerous calls my brother *** drove to Prince Albert from Moose Jaw at the end of August to find out what was happening. ***, the owner said they were filed and apologized for the mix up. She gave my brother the print out with the letter and said there would not be a charge because of this error. I checked my Moms bank account for the refunds and nothing came. I phone CRA and they told me that nothing had been efiled or mailed in for the 2017 tax year for either parent. I phoned and talked to *** and she again apologized and said there must have been a glitch. She assured me she would call back after checking on this. This was mid September. I have left her numerous voicemails and she will not return my calls. I also talked to *** who was the previous owner. He is the one who completed the taxes. This was mid October. He told me he would call me back and to NOT go somewhere else to have them filed. ***. We never received the original copies of the T-slips back which again makes it difficult to go somewhere else to have these filed.
All we are looking for is to be guaranteed that they will file these taxes. They have the information slips and I live 8 hours away which makes it difficult to get this resolved.

I was referred to by a friend to contact *** to have my taxes taken care of Nov 23/18, after speaking numerous times and emailing back and forth, I agreed to pay her $800 via email transfer for the work, she said it would take upwards of 16 weeks to complete, I waited the 16 weeks, and tried contacting her, she would not answer my calls, I emailed her as well as texting, she would reply and say she was busy, but she would contact me back shortly, she never did that, this went on for weeks, ive called and texted and emailed many, many times, she always had an excuse, I have all the emails from our agreement as well as all text messages the etransfer clearly stated what the money was for, ***, I would like to et my money back
i paid $800 for a service that was not completed, i would like to get my hard earned money back
the current owner Janine Huntley has not forwarded to CRA proof of medical expenses claimed by me for 2017, despite several promises to do so.
Icannot retrieve my paperwork to support my medical expenses claim for 2017. there is no logical reason for this, as I have given up trying to get her to do this ,as is part of the service that Liberty Tax claims to provide.As my deadline with CRA rapidly approaches, I only want my paperwork back so that I can do this myself
RETURN MY PAPERS
I have went above and beyond for this client. CRA has requested his information, his medical receipt. ***. He is being audited, that is beyond my control and CRA wants confirmation of medical appts. ***. I filed his taxes, I do not do the audits, CRA does. We do not keep copies of documents, he has them. I did take them to copy at his request. I am giving all copies back to him today.

I have chosen to wait until now to respond to Liberty Tax Service's reply, in order to allow generous time to get my paperwork back. this has not happened,despite her promise to return them that day.THIS IS NOW A FULL WEEK.We were contacted yesterday by the owner,saying she would return the papers on that day.Another empty promise unfulfilled.I am facing now, an extended deadline from Revenue Canada to submit supporting paperwork for income tax purposes that I do not have, and cannot get back.
In her claim to have gone "above and beyond", she said I would receive my papers that day. Another unfulfilled promise among others made. I NEED MY PAPERS, and cannot even imagine why this is happening.
I paid for tax services and have yet to receive completed and submitted tax filing
I took my taxes into this location to be compiled and completed and sent into the CRA. There was a typo in the paperwork for the CRA that Liberty tax had caught and said that they would fix it and resubmit them. They stopped communicating with me and it has been almost a year and my taxes have not been properly submitted.
I would like to be refunded my fee and for them to fix the mistake that they have made and have my taxes submitted.
Liberty Tax Service completed my 2017 tax return at the end of April, 2018. I noticed in June that Canada Revenue Agency did not receive them via Efile through this business. I paid for them to complete and send my income taxes to CRA and to this date, the CRA has yet to receive them. Since the beginning of June, myself and my husband have gone to the office requesting them to send them, as well as numerous phone calls to the business. In September, the woman in charge gave me her cell number to contact her with my information and she stated that she would send it. On September 26th, 2018, I sent an email(as there office is not open for business at the moment) requesting the paper copy of my income tax return so I could send it to the government myself, as instructed by the individual I spoke with for the CRA. I have not received any response. Since my income tax has not been files, I have no received any Child Tax Benefit as of July, 2018. *** I have not gotten any response from them and can no longer wait to have them send my tax return.
Finish the job I would like to request Liberty to either Efile my tax return ASAP or give me the paper copy of my tax return so I can send them to CRA myself.
