In response to the customers concernsThe Hanes brand of Boxer shorts is no longer being madeWe sent a replacement that our Hanes distributor recommendedThe under ware does not have to be in the original wrappers, it only needs to be returned in order to secure a refundIt was the customer who was irate, not usWe simply explained to her, the items must be returned for a refund.Respectfully,Mark *** President
