Failure to complete roof replacement on commercial building. Faulty workmanship. Failure to provide invoice and warranty.Contracted with company to replace commercial roof on building in April 2014. Job was delayed by weather and then by failure to start the project. Contractor used faulty subcontractors on the job. Job was unfinished and contiunes to leak. At the same time failed to repair flashing on the roof, provide a warranty, and to complete the job.Desired SettlementRequesting that a spray roof be provided to eliminate leaks or replacement of the entire roofing system. Repair flashing and provide a bond for the warranty that was promised.
