The [redacted] installation was completed and inspected in March of 2014. We experienced numerous delays with Delmarva Power regarding the systems interconnection. We are working with the utility to resolve final issues on an almost daily basis. We are working with the utilities and the Public Service Commission to improve utility response times and accountability to prevent these issues for future clients. We hope to have these utility issues cleared quickly. The system is completed and fully operational, pending final meter swap by the utility. Once we receive the utility meter swap the final papers can be sent into the agencies for rebate payments. Go Liberty Complete
