I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. It took five and a half month to order and install 5 window sashes and a door. I was told it takes about two weeks. The door frame was ordered wrong along with the wrong sashes. I got the right frame but the sashes do not match my originals. I even had paper work which I shared with the company showing the specific sizes and item identification numbers.Liberty came to my home and took measurements and saw what windows I have. After delivery I pointed out the windows were not only asthetically different but also not made to fit in my window frames. No offer to correct this was ever made. The employee only said he ordered it for the correct time period. Obviously someone made a mistake and I get to live with it. One sash is warped, others are crammed in and split where screwed in.
