our legally binding document to be upheld by all parties. This year, the tenant, on his own, decided to change the terms of the lease and has reduced his rent. This put the tenant in a default position. We have met with the tenant, in person and via conference call. Nothing in the tenant complaint has been verified or agreed to. Any changes to a legal document must be made in writing. We only ask that the tenant abide by the terms and conditions that were agreed to in the signed Lease. We as landlord are also obligated to abide by the same terms and conditions in the Lease. The disagreement has now become a legal matter and a settlement is being proposed.
