I hired this plumber to look into a malfunction water heater He told me it needed to be replace and was not under warranty I authorized him to replace itMy bad decision - at tax time, I found a receipt indicating that that water heater was indeed under warrant I believe he misrepresented this to sell me a heater and pay him to install it This was his 2nd chance - he overcharged for another job I'm done
