The ring was when Mrs [redacted] put the item in layaway in Jan paid on item for monthAgain there is no refund on layaway or exchange on any itemAfter months of paying on the ring she claims the rings had been switched, she was offered a exchange for another ring she said there was not another ring she was interested in so we took a 100$ off, we gave her a xbox control, and offered to size ring she said she was fine with that and it was not necessary the last question she was asked before she walked out of the store is was she happy with the ring her reply was yesMrs [redacted] then returned on Monday saying that she had to use butter to remove ring I offered to size it for her but she became belligerent with me and a customer in the store at which I told her if I bought the ring was the most I could do on buying it we usually do 1/on buy back which would be So she sold the ring back to the shop for and that was the last time I saw Mrs***She has since been banned from doing business at Liberty Pawn Shop LLC W Main StCircleville Ohio As far as our company is concerned this matter is resolvedWe would also like to apologize to your representative for the way she was spoken to by Mrs [redacted] as well Thanks again for all the help

The ring was 650.00 when Mrs. [redacted] put the item in layaway in Jan paid on item for 6 month. Again there is no refund on layaway or exchange on any item. After 6 months of paying on the ring she claims the rings had been switched, she was offered a exchange for another ring she said there was not another ring she was interested in so we took a 100$ off, we  gave her a xbox 360 control, and offered to size ring she said she was fine with that and it was not necessary . the last question she was asked before she walked out of the store is was she happy with the ring her reply was yes. Mrs. [redacted] then returned on Monday saying that she had to use butter to remove ring I offered to size it for her but she became belligerent with me and a customer in the store at which I told her if I bought the ring 300 was the most I could do on buying it we usually do 1/3 on buy back which would be 200.00. So she sold the ring back to the shop for 300.00 and that was the last time I saw Mrs. [redacted]. She has since been banned from doing business at Liberty Pawn Shop LLC 108 W Main St. Circleville Ohio 43113 . As far as our company is concerned this matter is resolved. We would also like to apologize to your representative for the way she was spoken to by Mrs. [redacted] as well.  Thanks again for all the help
