Liberty Mattress

On January 17, 2020 I purchased a queen size box spring and mattress from this company. When I bought it home I stored it in the plastic for over a week. On Feb 4 while assembling the bed I noticed access fabric hanging from the boxspring. When I pulled it back I saw that the old box springs had be refurbished and sold as new. I had called the office and we asked to come in for a refund or exchange. I do not want an exchange because I feel that all the merchandise of this buisness is refurbished.

The owner took me to his mattresses warehouse where he offered other mattresses but thery wrw not to my standard though he promised the ones in the back would also be new

*** the ownwer did infact offer a refund but demanded that I return the mattress myself to get a refund. I do not wish to use my resources to return his falsely advertised merchandise

The second part of my complaint is that my refund could not be given in cash. Though I payed for it in cash. He says I must produce a card to reimbursement. I do not use electronic banking.
