We recently discovered our HOA invoice had been sent to the wrong addressInitially I contacted them about removing the collection and late fees as this was not our faultJosh was willing to waive all feesWhen our final payment was returned to us we contacted the office againThe manager was extremely rude to my wife, accusing us of not paying our bills! She repeatedly interrupted my wife so she couldn't communicateLater I called the manager and said I didn't pay bills I didn't receive and consequently any late feesWhy didn't anyone from their office ever try to contact us? There is no excuse for this type of unprofessional and rude behavior!

Liberty Management did a horrible job managing our community. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 are years to check your associations bank statements and cleared checks with this company. Josh was rude to community members that would inquire about community details. Also check your associations taxes.
