The customer brought his sea-doo spark in to our
service department on 8/4/2015. We inspected
machine and found that there is damage to customers crank shaft and BRP has a
quality service bulletin on this issue that will cover all cost of repairs on
the unit. We will
fix the machine at no
cost to the customer. BRP has back
ordered rod bolts that we were able to get from another dealer to help speed up
the repair

Review: I purchased a 2014 Sea Doo Spark Jet Ski from this place of business. Over the course of the past year I have noted several recalls for this product. One of the bigger issues was several of these jet skis had the motors installed wrong and as the jet ski is rode it causes motor damage to the ski This is a well documented problem world wide about the Sea Doo Spark. I recently had my ski break down and have documentation, the damage is caused because the product was built wrong. This company is not willing to fix my product at the time, because it's two months past the 12 month warranty period.Desired Settlement: I want this company to repair all damages to my ski in a timely way and pay the first shop that took the ski apart to determine the problem.
