I am rejecting this response because: as stated Before I came to your shop (Midas)my heat was working fine and when I left I had to heat in my car I will never ever do business again with Midas.

The Groupon was not for a synthetic oil change and clearly states "techs replace used motor oil with standard oil." if the
customer wants synthetic oil there is an additional charge
