This company provides the most inefficient cable TV and internet access I have ever experiencedUnfortunately they are the only providers of such service in the area I currently resideI do believe this is against anti-monopolistic practice law but it seems to be that the government in PR, nor the Federal government or the FCC cares about enforcing the law in this areaThis company advertise warranty uninterrupted service, yet the interruptions are constant and the response to work orders inefficient and extremely slowI am currently trying for them to fix issues with the cable TV signal that have being happening for the past three week and they have send two tecs out and ensure my the problem is resolved, however the interruptions continue daily to the point I am not able to enjoy a service I am paying forThis is not the first time I have problems with the service, A month prior to this we had almost no internet accessThey offered an adjustment on the bill but it never happen
