I am currently applying for a mortgage deferment and I submitted my documents to collections in November 2014. I called collections on February 4th, 2015, and spoke with collection to confirm documents were received since I never received confirmation of receipt of original document submission (Nove 2014). I am aware it takes time for review of submission however I only requested to know if documents were received, and to make sure I didn't need any additional paperwork. I am currently up to date on my mortgage with no late fees and advised if I could not wait for my account to be reviewed to sale my home. I am outrage because I called to confirm if my documents were received not to move ahead of other applicants who are in dire need as I. This is not the first time I have received unprofessional, tacky, uncouth behavior from Liberty Bank and I am not a happy home owner. I suggest this company invest in customer service training in regards to updating their systems with auto reply and client engagement tactics.
