The Customer Abrahams Bakery located at [redacted] Flushing queens entered into a month contract on 2/*/Equipment (yard container)was delivered on January [redacted] [redacted] (Owner) received a cheaper price from a competitor and was told to send a copy of the cheaper rate certified mail along with a cancellation letter to the office located at [redacted] *** , as this is company protocolNeither was received from the customerLiberty Ashes Inc bills customers month in advance that was explained to [redacted] at time of signing the contractA copy of the contract will be provided that was signed by the customer on February [redacted] Liberty Ashes Inc tried to work out the price with the customer but the customer never provided evedince of the cheaper rate to the company Liberty Ashes Inc
