I"ve done business with them for at least four years. Today I followed up on my order for catheters that I placed with a person about ten days ago. Normal delivery was advertised as five to seven business days. Anyway I learned that the order wasn't filled due to the lack of a written Rx. from my Urology Office which they have been trying to acquire for a couple of months.

Shame on my Urology Office for their negligence, but double shame on Liberator Medical and especially on the customer agent who took my last order by phone for not sharing the issue with me.

I use 3 catheters / day and I have to run out to learn about the issue when I follow up on the order. Those of you that regularly use catheters know what I will experience without required devices.

So, it leaves only one decision. find a new supplier. My Urology Office made that decision easy. They articulated that difficulties with Liberator was a normal occurrence, while 180 Medical was far more compassionate with the patient/ client. They made sure the customer never has a need for supplies and they deal with Rx and financial issues after the fact if required.

If an appropriate effort was made to correct the past performance so that another customer never has that experience, then I'm willing to move on. No more discussion required. Appreciate today's conversation.

AVOID. I am going to another provider. 7 out of 8 one stars tells the whole story. They have trouble coordinating insurance claims with Doctors. They have asked me to do their work with my Doctor
by telling me to call my Doctor to call them. Huh?? They have is number and the problem is their's not mine. They have also threatened to bill me if I didn't. Have you heard the expression KMA?

Health insurance companies require prescriptions and other documentation from physicians to support the medical necessity of products they pay for. If a physician does not respond timely to our requests for documentation, to prevent delays in shipping critical medical supplies, we may engage the patient to ask for assistance in this regard. This was done in your case.

You are paid to do your job and not ask the patient to do it for you. Besides having the patient do your calling just adds another kink in the chain.

I am extremely disappointed with Liberator Medical. I purchased the female catheter machine and purewick disposable catheters for a steep price of over $500 for both, for my Mom who was diagnosed with bladder cancer. The catheters did not stay in place and her bed was soaked, even though we had RNs placing these catheters on my Mom. We continued trying to use them and purchased an additional box of pure wick catheters at approximately $200/box. We used 2 or 3 before abandoning the idea and having a Foley catheter inserted. My Mom subsequently passed away and we were left with 27 pure wick disposable catheters. When I called liberator medical to ask for a refund I was told "no, since it was over the 30 day order date". So now we are stuck with these disposable catheters and out the almost $200. It's not like they have an expiration date like a nutritional drink would have, As long as they got their money, Liberator is unwilling to work with customers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you again for your review. I left a message for you on your voicemail with my contact information. First of all we are sorry for your loss. Upon investigation we note that your product was purchased 4.12.19. Our return policy is 30 days. Your product comes in packs of 30 and you mentioned you had 27 to return. We also cannot accept opened packages. These are medical products and these guidelines are for the safety of all consumers.

tried to order from them today monday july 8,2019. Their website said they are closed, even though their ours are till 9 pm during the week.

I've ordered three times and each time the order has been delayed. This last time for a week after authorization. I had to call to get the order shipped a week late otherwise it could have shipped even later. I'm limited as to what date I can order and I'm almost running out of supplies each order cycle

I totally appreciate the overnight shipment however I didn't feel confident that Liberator would be successful doing this given previous performance so I did order an emergency supply paying retail plus a premium for same day, overnight shipping. I shouldn't be forced into this situation however and I shouldn't have to call each time to follow up on my order only to find that it's been delayed.

I have had nothing but problems with Liberator Medical. They lie! They tell you your supply has been shipped when it hasn't ! They make excuses when you call. I plan on finding another supplier. Please take my advice and go elsewhere!

A follow up call by a Supervisor was completed after receipt of this review. The business acknowledges the delay in processing the order and apologized to the consumer. The consumer indicated that everything had gone very well and until a change was sent for processing. The business ensured that the order was delivered. The business offered to further resolve this consumer dissatisfaction and the consumer has declined any further assistance. This is not the typical consumer response and the business would like the opportunity to prove it's value.

There customer service group is not knowledgeable on insurance. They are only sales driven company. I was told that I would only have to pay $99.08 for my order now 3 months later I receive a bill for 530.92. Call and now they tell me that that not what I was told. DON'T DEAL WITH COMPANY very deceiving. If they have everything recorded go back and listen to recording, their giving me answer before listening to conversation.

If all you're needing is supplies then they are fine. Sometimes. They will definitely not help you if you have problems and run out of supplies early. Out of ostomy flanges? To bad! Wait until it's time for your supplies to be reordered. Oh wait, you want your supplies on time? We'll tell you multiple times on different days they will be shipped that day only to be shipped a week later.

Honestly, go to another company. You will be better off for it.
