Review: To whom it may concern:My name is [redacted], I would like to find any solution at this situation I have with this company, by November 25, 2014, I request a service to unlock an iPhone 4 from [redacted] I pay $ 75.95 to www.[redacted] By November 29, 2014 on the website www.[redacted], appeared as the service was complete; but the phone still locked, I wrote a email to the company with a copy to the e-mail customer service that the phone still locked, I send evidence that was still locked, but they never answered me, so I try get contact several time for months but I didn't received respond, until I get a moment that my patience had been exhausted and I decided to request assistance through [redacted]l where I made the payment to the company, but the result I get was from www.[redacted] They blocked my account, no matter I still has $ 12.05 balance in my account and they never solved the problem with the Iphone 4 [redacted]. Additional to that, they treated me as a swindler and stated that [redacted]l had give me the money back that is not true. I try by many ways to fix the problem since I have worked with the company as a customer for more of 3 years and I never has a unpleasant issue with any company before, but they closed my account, keep my money balance and tried to me as a Swindler they just send me one message responded me I am a scammer & swindler, I have all the evidence with screenshot and [redacted]l also can verify this information.Thanks in advance to this matterBest Regards[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get all my balance back the $75.95 plus $12.05, total $88.00
