This lady advertised on ***. There was another name on the package as well which was Justin W. It is not clear how Liatra Myers and this gentlemen are in business. But she runs an antique vintage business on ***. She posted a picture and a description. There were no perforations which told me that the size should have been the small size. I was familiar with the material as I have purchased items such as this from ***. for many years. The company also makes some bulletin board sized materials, but those would have had perforations along the edges. The pictures did not indicate perforations. She told me the price which I knew was high because I'd purchased similar material several years ago. I knew I could use the small size with my craft group at church where we work with Senior citizens who are shut-ins. This lady did NOT offer me a refund as would someone from *** if you return the items. (And a couple of the items were also missing anyway). Even Amazon would have offered that service. I explained how displeased I was with the product and she told me that she didn't do anything wrong. In actuality, I feel it was a SCAM to pawn off a larger unusable size, an incomplete order, AND damaged items on the back of the items. I feel that as a Senior citizen myself with limited income, I was clearly taken advantage of. At first the administrators said that they felt I was in the right. Then I received a note to the opposite. She had me removed from the group unfairly too! The transaction number is ***. I still feel I should be able to return the items. I would be willing to pay the shipping, but feel that there should be a refund for when I return the damaged items. I should mention that the company ***. sold these items which were much smaller. Those items are much smaller in size as are the small die cuts. She advertised these as die cuts which are almost always a smaller size.
