Review: I have a very premature baby ..born 29 weeks and as per the doctors request she should not ride with other patients for her appointment susceptible to diseases. This is the 4th occurrence even after specific instructions were given to [redacted] that she can not ride with multi passengers .. the car service companies still picks up other patients despite our request. The last occurrence my daughter caught the flu ( 1/ */15) with 103.2 fever because the cab company decided picked up another patient. Which subsequently caused me to miss days of work.

I am very dissatisfied that as a company servicing seemingly ill patients that they feel they can endanger peoples lives. At one point I had a patron with and oxygen tank traveling to the travel for infectious [redacted] division. If forces me to make a decision whether I take my child to her appointments because I am concerned about her health and well being getting to and from the appointments and these ongoing appointments are pertinent to her well being, development and growth.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to stop correct their policies and just simply abide by the request made by [redacted]. I expect follow up communication from your agency and I would like this rectified immediately.

They are terrible. The wait is long, the driver was nasty. I have a shared ride but the price was the same.
