Company trading as 'Sinthetics' has still not completed my order in full after months since my order was placedI am still owed clothing items from my order which was placed 5th April I received the Manikin ordered in April on the 10th December Manikin had a very tight leg joint which has, through movements, eventually locked up and also caused the pelvis plate to start bending and eventually brake after only days of ownershipThis is a major fault and can not easily be repaired, any repair will also severely reduce its market valueThe product through use has suffered a major breakage /fault and has failed to do what they claim it wouldThe Company won't honor their warranty or return my emails
