L'Heureux Properties

Review: A college rental unit at [redacted]., Apt. B was vacated in May 2014 and we met all the terms and conditioins of moving out and cleaning the apartment for four days. The unit was occupied by one other renter. Upon move out L'Heureux accessed in their opinion all cleaning charges against us and did not charge the other renter any fees. No where under the rental contract did it state that

L'Heureux could legally charge all fesss to one renter when both equally shared the rental space. L'Heureux promised to provide a new refrigerator and never did and the old refrigerator's interior was stained and disclored. L'Heureux assessed cleaning charges for the refrigerator's interior discoloration. The bathtub and toilet was stained and discolored upon move in and L'Heureux accessed cleaning charges for the tub/toilet cleaning. The stove was cleaned interior/exterior and L'Heureux accessed cleaning charges for cleaning it. Upon move out I took numerous photos to show the clean condition of the apartment and shared them with L'Heureux and they still refuse to reimburse us the deposit to them. We have asked for the deposit under the terms of the contract as we fulfilled all move out cleaning requirements and they refuse. We have made a good faith effort to resolve this matter and they are not responding to discuss our position. Thanks.Desired Settlement: We are looking for our good faith initial apartment deposit.
