Review: Carpet was installed in my home on July 31, 2014. An agreement was made that only two seams in inconspicuous areas of the living room and dining room would be used in the installation. A third patching seam was used in the hallway, yet there was a verbal agreement that the carpet would be one piece running the length of the hall. (This company has carpeted my home before and The seam is 27 inches from the entry door of the master bedroom and is already highly visible and irregular.I have called or stopped in weekly for the past seven weeks, sent a letter on September 9, asking for a return call from Andy S[redacted] so that this problem can be rectified. I have yet to receive a response. I have used this company twice before with success, and that is why I trusted the verbal agreement that no seams would be used in the hallway.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the carpet be replaced with one solid piece of carpet. I am willing to have a discussion about paying a modest amount for materials even though the measuring error was the responsibility of the business owner. My frustration is the unprofessional manner in which this company has handled this situation by not responding to my weekly contacts, messages, letter, etc. requesting a conversation about how we can resolve this issue in a reasonable, professional manner.
