Beware of xxxxx x! We bought a property from him. What a nightmare! Many TLC work issues but most important was the hidden damages that he knew about: a leaking bathtub. As we moved in, during the first bath taken, I generated a water damage to the whole building, two floors below us. The drain and the fawcet of the bathtub were leaking. I had to fix it right away for $2000 and the plumbing company knew about it as well as the neighbor below from a former damage...Never again business with this accredited property manager...
