My apologies for the repeated phone calls. LGC Hospitality Staffing uses an automated software for scheduling. One of our workers must have had your current phone number at a time that they were employed with us. I will work directly with the Cleveland office to ensure they
understand how to remove a phone number. It does take additional troubleshooting, since we can't just pull up your name. Again, my apologies for the unwanted phone calls and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, so I can provide the necessary training. I am unsure of the timing of these phone calls, but our office did recently move, and your interpreted "hang-up" may have simply been an accident. We try to treat everyone with respect!
