Thank you Carolyn- I spoke to the owner today (she called me) and she apologized profusely and said it should never have happenedI guess they have video, and when she saw it was me she was shocked because I go there so much and I am a very good customer of theirsShe said she had a talk with the guy who caused the upset and it won't happen againShe aslo refunded me the $I paid that dayShe was quite nice and I actually will go there againI asked her specifically if I would have any problems next time, and she said noThank you for our help with this, I do believe without your ntervention nothing would have happenedSo kudos to the Revdex.com***
